And don’t get me wrong I’m not saying leaving my corporate job and becoming a chef cured my depression lol but I can say that overall I am happier than I ever was working at a job that was essentially just for the paycheck. *Probably also because it was when my anxiety was at its worst and during my panic attacks I would actually black out AND it happened once while I was driving* Although I don’t miss that lifestyle at all sometimes I question if I made the right decision, especially when things don’t go the way I thought they would. Working at the firm I was extremely depressed to the point where I’ve blocked out a lot of it. Those who know me personally know that a big part of my personality is the fact that I left my corporate law firm job to become a chef.
