The house we stayed was 151 Lasso drive, it was clean and comfortable, but we had issues with pool alarm going off randomly at night and in the day and after all the phone call and maintenance could not fix the problem, then there was poop in the pool and they would not clean until 2 days later( because there's no cleaning on the weekend supposedly, then when we demand the pool to be cleaned, the person cleaning the pool left a hose in the pool and the pool was over flooded the next morning), carbon monoxide malfunction in the middle of the night waking up everyone. I will not come back, a great stay in 2020. We accidentally left an artifact at the location in the living room, a week later, no retrieval or update.
#ENCORE ORLANDO DRIVERS#
Female security who was very rude, flat out told us, I need to see IDs because I do not trust you, at this point, we had checked in, and we were informing her that the 2 vehicles behind us were with us, "still need to see their drivers license, I do not trust you, you will be towed." Our neighbors constantly smoked marijuana. You still only get one roll for backup, we stayed for a week. Supplies are limited and staff do not accommodate, for example, you are only provided with 1 toilet paper roll to refill, not taking into consideration, that the rolls left behind may be partial, if not half used. Water residual in the kitchen sink from a previous leak. Broken sink faucet in a master bathroom on the first floor, there was soap scum build-up in the showers. We found rat feces on our stove, there were not enough cooking items for a house for a party of 8 adults. We had to deal with a verbal altercation when we were the ones cut off to get in. Basically have to deal with road rage, cutting others off to get in if you had a card to open the gate. Upon arrival, there were long lines for check-in, the gate lines are horrible, as some guests have cards and others present IDs to get in. Note that pools at the homes in Reunion and Encore at Reunion do not have screen enclosures like they do in a more traditional vacation home communities if that matters to you.We stayed at Encore resort in 2020, we decided to book again for 2021. The Retreat at ChampionsGate and Windsor at Westside also have 8 bedroom rentals with a more traditional vacation rental structure.
#ENCORE ORLANDO FREE#
There were 3 main Management Companies that the Builder partnered with for Owners to choose from for rental with rental fees giving Guests free access to the clubhouse which includes a pool, kids splash/water play structure, and some large water slides among other things like availability of shuttles to certain places.though no matter where you rent, would strongly suggest car rental which pretty much goes hand in hand with renting a vacation home. They have very large homes, but they were built off of plan. By comparison, Encore is smaller and newer. This would also be the one to choose if you wanted to play golf there. As said, Reunion has a variety of property types including some over the top custom homes if you are looking for something really luxurious. The water park is not open to the public so you have to be an actual owner with paid resort membership (free), official resort guest (free), or properly registered houseguest (choose day and pay fee if Owner has passes to give). Currently, it is $18 adult and $12 kid for the water park getting access in this way.

This requires you to pick a specific day for amenity use in advance and to register for a fee as a houseguest then also pay the water park, court, or greens fee for the day. If not official, then the Owner of the property you are renting has to have the right type of membership, and, if so, my understanding is that they get a certain number of days per year to distribute to guests for amenity access (we are talking about water park, golf, tennis.anyone who rents from any source can use most of the small community pools dotted throughout). In short, if going through an official source you should have unlimited complimentary access. It does matter who you rent through and the type of membership the Owner has.

Reunion is big with various sections and types of properties but is indeed rather convoluted when it comes to management, membership, and amenity access. To start, it may be worth mentioning that we are talking about a different set of amenities at Reunion vs.
